You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund (excluding postage cost). We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We should be informed within 14 days if there is a problem.
We will only offer a refund/exchange for clothing if the garment(s) are unused, not stained i.e. makeup, unwashed, in perfect resalable condition with the Swing Tag(s) still attached. Any item(s) returned with damage caused by the customer (from personal use, wear or insufficient packaging when returning the item(s)) shall be returned to the customer. Please make sure you do not wear any heavy perfume etc. or any makeup marks the dress, as this would affect processing your refund.
Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a signed registered delivery option when returning as we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of items.
Please note earrings and hair accessories cannot be refunded/exchanged due to hygiene (H&S) regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the above procedures have not been followed.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If the goods are not delivered to you for any reason other any cause beyond our control and we are accordingly liable to you, our liability will be limited to the price of the goods.
To exchange dresses there is a charge of £3.95 to pay for delivery.
For all orders we use a courier. All our parcels are sent through a signed service.
We reserve the right to charge for any undelivered packages that require re delivery if this had not been rearranged or collected from the courier we use.
