Delivery Information

UK Standard: £3.95 for all items.

Should you decide to select the Click & Collect option for your purchase there will be no additional delivery fees added for that item at the checkout, please ensure you bring your receipt with you to collect your item from the store.

Standard Delivery to UK Mainland 3-5 Working Days can take up to 7 days in busy periods.

This service covers all of the UK including Highlands & Islands, it does not however cover the Republic Of Ireland..

European delivery 7-10 working days depending on destination.

Please contact our customer service team for a quotation if you are outside of the United Kingdom. We ship to the following countries: France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Belgium.

International Delivery

Economy & Express delivery available for: Australia, New Zealand, America and Canada.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please contact us for a  shipping quotation.

Methods of Payment

Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, PayPal, and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Boutique 23, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Alternatively, if you would prefer to fulfil an order over the phone then that would be fine during our shop opening hours: your details can be taken extremely securely over our BT landline and your order will be dispatched ASAP (see our delivery methods above).
